Kyle and I carved pumpkins, meaning he dug out the insides and I did all the rest of the work. We started a tradition last year, which came about because on the day of Halloween, we had a double date with some friends to carve pumpkins. Kyle went pumpkin shopping, but there were no more pumpkins, anywhere! So he bought a bambino watermelon instead. This is our watermelon from last year:

We also carved a pumpkin, you know, to at least be
a little bit normal.

Kyle and I also dressed in costume for church. Don't worry. We both wore conservative suits and went to church as a General Authority couple. We're so creative.

Cool carvings! We didn't carve pumpkins this year, could you imagine Henry trying to "help"? *shudder* I had meant to have them draw on their pumpkins, but that didn't happen. We had cool costumes, though (we were Mario characters).
