This is fantastic! I wonder if the inspiring restaurant is one of the "One World" restaurants. I love One World, Everybody Eats in Salt Lake because their food is delicious and they stand for a great cause. I need to research this, but I also need to run to school to sew up my sweatshirt. Love!
